On October 7, 2023, Israel was attacked by Hamas terrorists who massacred and kidnapped hundreds of civilians. Communities around Gaza are devastated - not only by the loss of lives but also by the burning and looting of people's homes. Otef Fund was established to support the rebuilding of these communities.
